  1. 1آلوچھیل کرلمبائی میں کاٹ لیں اوراس پرنمک چھڑک کر5منٹ کے ک لیے رکھ دیں
  2. 2کڑاہی میں ڈیپ فرائی کے لیے تیل گرم کریں اور اس میں کٹے ہوئے آلو ڈال کر کرسپی اور گولڈن ہونے تک فرائی کریں
  3. 3ایک پلیٹ میں تل پھیلا کر ڈال دیں اور تلے ہوئے فرائز اس میں اس طرح سے ڈالیں کہ وہ تل آلو پر چپک جائیں
  4. 4سرونگ پلیٹ میں رکھ کر ٹماٹو کیچپ کے ساتھ گرم گرم سرو کریں

Ingredients

1. potato (large size) half a kilo

 2 .oil (for deep frying) as needed 

3 .white oil 50 grams 

4. salt to taste

1.Peel a squash, grate it and sprinkle with salt. Leave it for 5 minutes.

2.Heat oil in a pan for deep frying and add chopped potatoes and fry till crispy and golden.
